Trees on Haddon Way

It has been noticed that some of the trees on Haddon Way have died. A resident working on behalf of HWRA has investigated this matter and can confirm these will be replaced in early February. For more information on the trees and work, read on...

The trees to be replaced are the two Frans Fontaine hornbeams on either side of the road and outside of number 40 Haddon Way.

There will also be: two new Malus trilobata to be planted in the verge between number 40 and 42 Haddon Way; a new Turkish hazel adjacent to 2 Calke Cls (in the verge on Haddon Way); and one Turkish hazel outside of 50 Haddon Way.

Further to these works the other trees on Haddon Way are due to have their stakes removed, as they have now served their useful purpose.
